Judge Virginia Covington has entered an order and THE TOWN PREVAILED!!
Thank you to the Town’s trial witnesses who devoted the time to go to court and testify. Their willingness to do so helped the Town establish the factual records which the court’s Order relied on to reach its conclusion.
